The 30X30 Fitness Challenge is a LIVE online event that starts on Monday, February 6th and continues for 30 days.
It was created to help people who are “stuck” in an unhealthy lifestyle rut, and need a way to get back into a sustainable fitness and nutrition routine.
By introducing daily fitness and nutrition routines, The Challenge will teach and inspire healthy habits which can stay with you for life.
All of this can be accomplished with the help of certified fitness and nutrition coach Mike Christie.
This challenge is not a “shock and awe” crash diet program.
In fact, it’s quite the opposite.
You adopt small but purposeful changes in your daily fitness routine and eating behavior, until they become new lifestyle habits.
That’s the reason for the 30-days.
The goal of the challenge is to help you make changes that will stay with you for life. Not just days, weeks, or months, but FOREVER.
This event is different from all the other fitness challenges online because you will be guided by a real person, Coach Mike Christie.
He will help you through the challenge, step-by-step.
This is not some cookie-cutter automated fitness challenge designed to sell you some expensive protein powder or gym equipment.

How does It Work?
The 30X30 Fitness Challenge is a LIVE online event that starts on Monday, February 6th, and continues for 30 days.
Each day Coach Mike will send you a brand new 30-minute fitness routine by email.
The fitness routines come complete with not only step-by-step instructions, but video demonstrations as well. They progress in difficulty and intensity over the 30 day period, so your body will always be challenged.
Positive stress produces positive changes over time.
Daily exercise is a great way to get in-shape and improve your health. But daily exercise without healthy eating is not going to be nearly as effective.
So, to make sure that you see real results over the 30 days, a daily plan for eating healthy is included in your emails.
Three days prior to the start of the challenge, you will receive The 30-Day Challenge Nutrition Cheat Sheet. It lists, by category, all of the foods you will need for the 30 days, along with tips on how to prepare your meals.
Also, you don’t need to belong to a gym, or own any special equipment to complete the daily fitness routines.
All of the exercises use your own bodyweight for resistance.

You will have unlimited access to Coach Mike by email. Just shoot him an email and he will get right back to you.

In addition, you will have access a private group on Facebook. Here, you can interact with other participants, ask questions, seek advice, make comments, suggestions, etc…
The day before the start of the event, Coach Mike will send you an email with your Day 1 Fitness Routine and Meal Plan.
Every day after that, you will receive an email at the same time giving you your instructions for the following day.
This process continues for 30 days.

Meet Coach Mike
Your coach for The 30X30 Fitness Challenge is Mike Christie.
Mike is a certified personal trainer, functional movement specialist, and nutrition coach.
More importantly, he has experience.
He’s been helping people move effectively and eat better for the past 6 years.
At last count, he has logged over 10,000 hours of personal training and nutrition counseling sessions with clients both in-person and online.
So, there’s not much he hasn’t seen or experienced when it comes to exercise and nutrition.
But there is something else you should know about Coach Mike – He totally walks his talk!
Coach Mike lives an active lifestlye…
Mike is an Ironman triathlete, which demonstrate his committment to training his body and mind daily.
He has completed 5 full Ironman races, and countless marathons.
Twice, he has competed in the grueling Ironman World Championship in Kona, Hawaii.
So when you say,”This is hard!”, he understands…
Coach Mike eats a plant-based diet (vegan).
A vegan diet does not allow animal protein (meat) or dairy. It’s the healthiest way you can eat.
…and, he doesn’t cheat.
…not even during the holidays.
Coach Mike is 60 years young.
